Merwin's Art: I am an Artist .. that's the way I think. I have considered the Mena area home since 1980. My artwork has been displayed in Mena Chamber of Commerce Member windows for many years. I have created blueprints for steel buildings and also been a welder. I'm a drafted Conscientious Objector Veteran of the Vietnam War .. trained as a Medic with specialty in Orthopedics. I'm also a trained EMT having worked in the ER and on an ambulance while living on St. Thomas, USVI. One of my interests is the "Book of Nature" so teaching survival classes with an emphasis on growing food and other back to basic ideas. Today Laura and I operate "Well-Spring Spa" with a focus on Natural Remedies.
